What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in GDP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 business days processing time. average shipping times are 5-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days after you payment has been processed please email us at twinstouch@outlook.com


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately all orders are final. 

Please note that refunds and / or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of the colour, smell, texture, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products. Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final! Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before confirming payment.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at twinstouch@outlook.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is received. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped with tracking provided, on or before the 3rd business day.

Express orders are still subject to processing times, please allow up to 4 business days to receive your order after payment.
