Processing time:
Please allow 2-3 business days (not including weekends) to have your orders processed.
Shipping:
Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is received. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped with tracking provided, on or before the 3rd business day.
Express orders are still subject to processing times, please allow up to 4 business days to receive your order after payment.
In most cases we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND POSTAL ADDRESS MATCH. Any orders with different billing and postal address will be cancelled
Courier:
Royal Mail. All parcels will be sent to the address provided during the order process.
All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Delays or Loss in Transit – Unless you have chosen a next day service please allow 30 days for orders to arrive. We can provide you with all tracking information, dates, reference numbers etc. Royal Mail suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit.
