Refund Policy

Returns

We do not offer a refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Please note that refunds and / or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of the colour, smell, texture, issues with split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our raw and virgin hair and therefore will not send out items which do not match our standards. 

 

Returns on Faulty items : 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we have any reason to believe it has been tampered with we are liberty to reject the refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for fault sent to Twinstouch@outlook.com. Further instructions would be sent to you via email, please allow 48 hours for a response.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
